Katie joined Sentry Self Storage in August of 2007. Katie comes to Sentry with more than 10 years of experience as a General Manager of retail operations, and her past 2 years in the Self Storage Industry along with her education in Business Marketing and Advertising help her take under performing assets and turn them into well managed and smooth running operations. Katie’s most recent facility has more than doubled in occupancy during her time there.
Since joining Sentry Self Storage Katie's strong work ethics, motivation and commitment to marketing her properties has advanced her to the Area Manager role, overseeing four facilities in Florida. |

| Lindy Lord-Cooper - Area Manager |
| Lindy joined Sentry Self Storage in May of 2007. Lindy comes to Sentry from Extra Space where she was an Assistant Manager for over a year. Coming on board as a Manager, Lindy has now been with Sentry for three years. In this time she has gone from Manager to Senior Manager and was recently promoted to Area Manager. Lindy has successfully rented up her facility from 0% to 70% within two years, and has increased her occupancy 21% this past year. Lindy's aggressive marketing along with her strong and motivated work ethic enabled her to create these numbers in a area of Florida where the levels of foreclosure were the highest in the state. As a result, Lindy was awarded Manager of the Year for 2009 within the Sentry team ,and in addition was a runner up for Manager of the Year nationwide. Now overseeing five properties in Florida as Area Manager, Lindy will strive for the success of not only her properties, but for herself into the future. |

| Denise Maggio - Area Manager |
Denise joined Sentry Self Storage in October of 2007. She comes to Sentry
with more than 16 years of experience as a Manager, Regional and Divisional
Trainer with Storage USA and Extra Space. Her previous experience as a
certified trainer has aided her ability to train and support, adding to team
cohesiveness. Denise has a track record of taking a facility to a more
efficient level of operations.
Denise has been vital to the operations of the San Antonio market as an
area manager where she oversees five properties .
Denise's dedication and innovation to market outside of the box and rally her team is proving to
be a success in putting her area on the right track. Denise�s strong
work ethics, motivation and proven track record show her commitment to the
properties she oversees. |

| Lissette Ramos - Area Manager |
Lissette Ramos joined the Sentry Self Storage Management team in May 2009. Lissette brings over 14 years of experience in self storage industry. She gained her management skills from Storage USA starting as an assistant manager and moving up to Senior Property Manager and Certified Trainer. Lissette left Storage USA to gain a higher experience by joining Self Storage Depot and renting up a facility from 0% to 85% within two years. After some time, she joined U-Store-It as a Property Manager.
Since Lissette joined Sentry Self Storage Management, with her strong background, she has greatly improved the performance at a facility as a Property Manager. She quickly moved up to a Senior Property Manager, and within a short time was promoted to Area Manager. Lissette is a team player, is great at motivating others and has strong work ethics. |
