David Cooper - District Manager |
Dave Cooper has spent the last 17 years working in various capacities in the Self-Storage industry. His career began as a property manager working with Storage USA.
His motivation and determination in his workmanship quickly advanced him to a career beyond the property manager level. He was promoted to an Area Manager for 8 facilities in New England, and
soon after to a District Manager for New England and New York.
Dave spent several years working as a District Manager before moving within the industry in various capacities including operations analyst duties at the corporate level,
Information Technologies and Project Management. Dave joins Sentry Self-Storage Management with a wide scope of knowledge in the Self-Storage industry including Property Management,
Exception Management, Budgeting and Reporting, Accounting, Internet and Yellow Page Advertising, Computer Support, Data Analysis, and Revenue Management.

Lainie Miller - District Manager |
Lainie joined Sentry Self Storage in May 2007. She most recently worked for Extra Space Storage in Human Resources as a Recruiter.
Prior to Extra Space, Lainie worked for 11 years with Storage USA starting as a Property Manager in Albuquerque, NM and then was promoted to a Division Coordinator.
Her role consisted of assisting the field with day to day operations. Lainie moved into Franchise Operations as a Franchise Services Manager interacting with third party owners.
Her role was a liaison between the home office, operations and the owners. Lainie also served in an operations analyst role identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Along with her extensive experience in the self storage industry, Lainie brings with her an excellent ability to promote teamwork, while encouraging a healthy competitive spirit.

Robert Nelson - District Manager |
Rob joined our team in June 2006, from a six year tenure with Storage USA and Extra Space Storage.
He quickly developed from a Property Manager and company trainer into an effective District Manager.
With a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Management, he understands the importance of technology coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Being no stranger to the business, Rob knows what it takes to drive a properties performance � by maximizing revenues, occupancy and knowing new and existing customers are the
key to success in our business. He has track record of taking underperforming properties and developing them into top performers.
Rob also understands what it takes to develop employees; utilizing effective communication tools and providing employees the empowerment to perform their duties.
